End of Tenancy Cleaning

Select the current condition of the property. *

Relatively Clean (Standard Condition) Property has been partially cleaned and maintained. Light dust, minor limescale or normal day-to-day use may be present
Moderately Dirty (Additional Cleaning Required) Visible build-up of dust, grease or limescale. Kitchen, bathrooms or flooring require more detailed cleaning
Heavily Soiled (Intensive Cleaning Required) Heavy accumulation of dirt, grease or staining requiring extended cleaning time and intensive cleaning procedures

In our experience, most End of Tenancy Cleaning properties fall within the Moderately Dirty condition. The selected condition helps us allocate the appropriate cleaning time, equipment and team size to complete the service efficiently. If the actual property condition differs significantly upon arrival, the quotation may be reviewed and discussed before the service begins. Properties with heavy grease build-up, limescale, pet hair, stains, mould or long-term lack of cleaning typically fall within the Heavily Soiled condition.
