In our experience, most End of Tenancy Cleaning properties fall within the Moderately Dirty condition. The selected condition helps us allocate the appropriate cleaning time, equipment and team size to complete the service efficiently. If the actual property condition differs significantly upon arrival, the quotation may be reviewed and discussed before the service begins. Properties with heavy grease build-up, limescale, pet hair, stains, mould or long-term lack of cleaning typically fall within the Heavily Soiled condition.
